About Regulave
Brands selling complementary medicines and supplements in Australia operate under a dense body of law — the Therapeutic Goods Act, the permitted ingredients determinations, the permitted indications list and the Poisons Standard among them. Most small brands cannot afford a full-time regulatory affairs function, and the cost of getting it wrong is a recall, a cancellation or an enforcement action.
Regulave exists to close that gap. It reads a label, a formulation or a piece of marketing copy and reports where it conflicts with the rules, with the source behind each finding.
The platform holds to a principle worth repeating here: no regulatory status enters its database without a human-verified primary source behind it. Where the data cannot prove something is permitted, the product says so rather than guessing, and it is explicit about where a professional is still needed.
Regulave is a compliance tool, not a substitute for regulatory or legal advice. Findings for markets outside Australia are presented as indicative guidance rather than as the law.
