Terms of use

Last updated 4 November 2026

This website is operated by Mish Bioscience Pty Ltd (ABN 55 672 734 637), an Australian registered company with head office in South Australia. By using this website you accept these terms.

Information on this site

The ingredient information published here, including specifications, is provided for general guidance during formulation and evaluation. It is indicative and is not a warranty. The specification that applies to any material we supply is the one on the Certificate of Analysis issued for that consignment, together with any specification agreed in writing between us.

Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. Supply occurs only under a quotation and order confirmation issued by us.

No therapeutic or health claims

This website describes ingredients in technical terms. Nothing here is a claim that any ingredient or finished product prevents, treats, cures or alleviates any disease or condition, and nothing here should be read as advice on whether a finished product may lawfully carry such a claim. That determination rests with the product sponsor under the law of the market of sale.

Other businesses

This site links to websites operated by other businesses in our group and, in places, to third parties. Those sites have their own terms. We are not responsible for the content of websites we do not operate.

The content, design and code of this website belong to Mish Bioscience Pty Ltd unless stated otherwise. You may read and share it; you may not reproduce it commercially without our written permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on information published on this website. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of South Australia.
